Multi-Currency Payment Links

We are excited to announce the launch of our new multi-currency payment link feature, which allows you to customize your payment link to charge customers in their local currencies. This feature is currently available for the following currencies:

  • Euro (EUR)

  • US Dollar (USD)

  • British Pound (GBP)

  • UAE Dirham (AED)

  • India Rupee (INR)

  • Qatari Riyal (QAR)

  • Bahraini Dinar (BHD)

  • Kuwaiti Dinar (KWD)

  • Omani Rial (OMR)

  • Saudi Riyal (SAR)

We regularly add new currencies, so keep an eye out for updates.


Please note that there is a low additional fee of 1.5% when you charge your customers in their local currency, which is then settled in AED.

Here's how to customize your payment link for the multi-currency option:

  1. Tap on the "Get Paid" icon.

  2. Tap on the "Payment links" icon.

  3. Select "Customize payment link" and then enable "Support international currencies".

    Note: The list of currencies shown is not clickable. Customers will select their preferred currency when opening the payment link in a web browser.

Currency conversions are calculated based on the current market exchange rate at the time of each transaction to ensure accurate and fair pricing.

Payment links created through the app can currently be set in AED only.
When a customer opens the payment link:

  • If opened inside the Ziina app, the payment will be completed in AED only

  • If opened in a web browser, the customer can choose their preferred currency before completing the payment
